Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Adipometer handles information when you use the web app and mobile builds.
1. Data We Process
Adipometer is designed as a local-first application. Workout records, physical assessment entries, and app settings are primarily stored on your device.
We do not require account creation for the core experience. If optional services are added in future versions (for example analytics, purchases, or cloud sync), this policy will be updated before those services are enabled in production.
2. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed to provide fitness assessment workflows, workout tracking, progress history, and related calculations inside the app.
3. Data Sharing
Under the current local-first model, personal training data is not sent to external servers by default. If integrations with third-party services are introduced later, we will disclose categories, purposes, and legal basis here.
4. Data Retention and Control
You control local data directly on your device. Removing app data, clearing browser storage, or uninstalling the app can permanently remove stored records.
Keep your own backup strategy if you consider the information important.
5. Children and Sensitive Data
Do not use Adipometer to store highly sensitive medical records. For use by minors, guardian supervision is recommended according to local law.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical measures for the app architecture. However, no software environment is fully risk-free, and device-level security remains essential.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and LGPD), you may have rights related to access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. Contact us for policy questions.
